Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the traditional Western style massage; designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. Consisting of five basic strokes all flowing towards the heart used to manipulate the soft tissue of the body.
Deep Sculpting
Deep Sculpting is quite similar to Deep Tissue massage. Both affecting the sub layer muscles and the fascia layer as well. While warming up the muscles and working the origin and insertion you may feel the warmth and release of adhesions that have built up.
Self - Care
Fully clothed Assisted stretches and use of self-care tools. Such as: Theracane, Sacro Wedgy, Yoga Blocks & Trigger balls, Craniosacral Inducer, Cranio Cradle, Hypersphere, Star-roller, Therabands and Massage Roller.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the Eastern style massage; where it is believed your entire body can be worked on through the ear, hands and feet. Based on the reflex points being related to every organ and area of the body.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage includes many methods of massage and somatic therapies that are both effective and safe for you and baby during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. Pressure is lighter but still effective on problem areas, this assures your safety and babies. Proper bolstering used for semi-reclined and sideline work only, never laying prone on stomach.
Reiki
Reiki is energy work combining the universal and individual energy to open pathways for healing. Hands are placed on or just above the body in order to align chakras and bring healing energy to organs and glands. *MAY INCLUDE PLACEMENT OF GEMSTONES ON THE CHAKRAS; if you are interested in use of gemstones please let me know ahead of time.
Grieving Massage
Grieving happens in many ways and for many things in life. Yes the loss of a loved one and our pets; also for the loss of a relationship, a home, a job, etc. We all grieve differently and need to appreciate the process that it takes. Through an hour minimum Therapeutic Massage, Reiki and use of crystals, the space will be held for the healing process to begin. Time is allotted after the session for processing and discussion as needed.
Epiphany
During this session your Chakras will be checked and realigned during a "222" hold. You will be smudged with Sage; Cut your Cords with either a Feather or Selenite Wand which ever is called to be used. Followed by a 90 minute full body Massage with Reiki and Crystals. This journey you are taken on may give clarity, receive messages and even possible past life regression. It is truly something you must experience for your self!
Chair Massage
Chair massage is performed while you stay clothed and are seated in a forward facing chair. Typically it is a shorter session which is great for introduction to massage, at the office and events. Swedish massage strokes are typically used during this session.
Company/ Event Chair Massage
Company/ Event Chair Massage is great for boosting morale, employee's attendance and improvement in productivity. Performed while clothed, sitting in a forward-facing chair, each person can receive 8 - 10 minutes depending on how you would like to the day to flow. (8 mins. is a 10 minute block/ 6 people an hour, 10 mins. is a 15 minute block/ 4 people an hour.) This is great for parties, reunions, weddings etc.
Virtual Peace of Mind
Virtually meeting let me guide you through meditation with Distance Reiki. Personalize your journey by focusing on a particular Chakra or even having a Crystal Grid layout. Please discuss your intent at the beginning of your journey, you may be seated in a quite area, with some water near by. Your journey may alleviate stress, while maintaining peace within the mind, body and spirit.
Virtual Self-Care
Receive Professional guidance while stretching. We may be creative using things within your space to assist you in a deeper stretch. You may have someone in your household to help in this journey too.
Virtual Self Massage
This can be done by your self or with a member within your house hold. Alleviate stress and tension together through Massage and even Hand Reflexology where the entire body can be worked on.
